Back when postcardx was running I recieved a really small card that amused me when I initially read it. The author simply told me of the whether and wished me a ‘fascinating, remarkable day. And if you (I) are not, (to) remember that emotions are transient, and this, too, shall pass’.
This card then helped save me through the darkest year of my life.
There’s something so incredibly humbling about recieving hope, advice or even a call for help from a stranger. It returns us to humanity and restores a global sense of community.
