manifesto

postal traffic is a resource for people who want to receive and send random snail mail.

this was inspired by the late postcardx.net and by the community of mail art.

it is easy to forget about snail mail when we stare at computers for so long. the reason you are staring at the computer now is hopefully to try to connect with someone who enjoys snail mail as much as you do.

participating is super easy. you can sign up, send mail, or both.

if you are new to this, just think about when you used to write letters using your hands, pen, and paper… think about how awesome it feels when you receive something through the mail that was processed and delivered to you from someone who touched and created a hard copy form of their creativity and expression.

this is just a reminder to think outside the computer box, young or old.

from one side of the earth to the other, this is to keep the snail mail form of expression and sharing alive.

while you can browse the list to find someone to start communication with, it is also suggested that you try to utilize the search option (on top of the page) to find someone in particular.

please contact anatomic air press (sinoun) for any suggestions, updates, comments, questions, web problems, etc. that you may have! you can also comment through the site.
